At ADNOC Distribution, we have a robust career development program: ADNOC Youth Development Program (YDP). The guidelines and procedures of this program support the growth of the talent we hire.

Fresh graduates and professionals with limited work experience who join us enter the standardized YDP program as Entry Point Employees (EPEs). The objective of this program is to make sure that the EPEs possess the required proficiency level in all job-related competencies and can successfully fulfill the requirements of their targeted position.

Typically, the program spans over two years and is designed to help EPEs achieve the required skill level to take over their target position independently.
